  • To research whether you may be owed surplus funds from a foreclosure sale.
  • To contact you about your inquiry or claim status, using only the methods you authorized.
  • To connect you with a licensed attorney in your state, if you choose to proceed.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

Who we share with

  • Your attorney. If you choose to engage an attorney through our service, we share the information needed for them to evaluate your claim.
  • Service providers. Vendors that help us operate the service (hosting, email delivery, etc.) may process your information under confidentiality terms.
  • Legal requirements. If required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

  • Access and deletion. You may request a copy of the information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below.
  • Opt out of contact. You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or emailing us.

Data retention

We retain claim-related information for as long as needed to provide the service and to comply with applicable legal and tax requirements. Inquiries that don’t result in an active claim are typically retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
